Super, merci, elle vient d'ou cette liste ? la Transalp 600 a ?t? oubli?e, pourtant il existait une version 34 CV;

Petite question b?te: les motos-?coles devraient ?tre brid?es, logiquement, non ?

http://www.fmoto.com/moto34cv.asp ce n'est effectivement pas un site officiel d'ou peut etre les manques... logiquement comme tu dis les motos ecoles devraient etre bridees, sauf qu'il n'y a pas que des jeunes qui passent le permi et donc les ecoles devraient supporter le surcout d'avoir leur machines en double...d'ou la tolerance, pour l'instant, prions pour que ca dure..., m?me les afdm n'ont pas (? ma connaissance) de 34 cv

de m?me comme dit madame (eh oui) que les motos ecoles pourraient n'avoir QUE des 34 cv puisque on n'est pas cens? franchir le mur du son en le?on...

Les nouvelles cartes grises moto comportent les indications MTT1 pour les machines brid?es en 34cv et MTT2 pour les autres. Quant un jeune conducteur fait ?tablir une CG il y aura la mention MTT1 dessus. Au bout des deux ann?es s'il fait d?brider sa machine il devra refaire ?tablir une CG MTT2... Pour un d?bridage le certificat de d?bridage est indispensable pour l'obtention d'une nouvelle carte grise. Ne pas proc?der ? cette formalit? de modification de la carte grise pourrait en effet avoir de graves cons?quences par exemple en cas de sinistre, l'assurance pourrait en profiter pour refuser de vous indemniser. J'imagine que l'inverse impose la m?me d?marche ???. Je pense  qu'une information aupr?s de la pr?fecture de ton d?partement est n?cessaire...<br />Par contre je suis d'accord avec Franky, si le kit est homologu? il n'y a pas d'obligation de passer par la DRIRE, par contre je ne suis pas certain que tu ne soit pas oblig? de passer par un professionnel..."j'en mettrai pas ma main ? couper" ? v?rifier ?galement!!!

M?me si on peut consid?rer cel? comme un racket fiscal de la part de la Pr?f', c'est une information int?ressante que tu nous apporte l?, Christian.

Autre question: les DRIRE disposent d'un banc de puissance ? ou c'est uniquement du contr?le visuel+documents ?

Je pense que les DRIRE sont ?quip?es de banc de puissance. je me suis m?me laiss? dire que certaines brigades de gendarmerie en seraient ?quip?es...info ou intox? Par contre je confirme que si le bridage n'est pas effectu? avec un kit homologu? il faut passer par un professionnel et par une reception DRIRE.
